CARTA ABERTA 

O Movimento Avança Brasil vem por meio desta CARTA ABERTA esclarecer e reforçar em quais bases somos forjados, já que fomos incluídos nos inquéritos das fake news e de atos antidemocráticos e por esse motivo tivemos nosso sigilo bancário e fiscal quebrados pelo Vice-Procurador Geral da República e Ministro Alexandre de Moraes. Não tememos nada em relação a supostos crimes cometidos, mas algumas coisas precisam ficar muito claras!

 

O Movimento Avança Brasil foi fundado em 15/02/2015 por um grupo de CIDADÃOS LIVRES E DE BONS COSTUMES, que vem desde esta data trabalhando para a TRANSFORMAÇÃO do Brasil em um ESTADO LIBERAL, com uma sociedade próspera, livre e aberta, permeado pela TRANSPARÊNCIA e EFICIÊNCIA de tudo que é público, com LIMITAÇÃO e SEPARAÇÃO clara de poderes.

 

Participamos ao longo deste período em mais de 50 manifestações ou atos, sem nunca termos extrapolado os limites de nossas leis ou da democracia Brasileira.

 

Os princípios fundamentais dos fundadores do Movimento são:

1- Crença em um princípio criador que é DEUS! Este DEUS que vê tudo que os homens fazem e que julgará a todos no final de sua existência. Portanto, nos momentos mais difíceis de nossas vidas, é nesse DEUS que depositamos toda nossa confiança e obediência acima de tudo;

2- Nunca imporemos a nenhum de nossos membros e colaboradores, NENHUM LIMITE À LIVRE INVESTIGAÇÃO DA VERDADE, e é para que possamos garantir a todos essa LIBERDADE, que exigimos de todos nossos membros e colaboradores que todas as opiniões de pensamento sejam respeitadas, mesmo daqueles que possamos discordar;

3- O Movimento é acessível a todos cidadãos, classes sociais e todas as crenças religiosas e políticas, com exceção daqueles tiranos que privem a humanidade da liberdade de pensar, restrinjam os direitos e a dignidade da pessoa humana, exijam submissão incondicional às diretrizes e dogmas de seus chefes, tais como Nazistas, Comunistas e Fascistas, que sempre utilizaram da tirania para chegar ao poder e subjugar o povo para manterem-se nessa posição;

4- Temos por finalidade combater a ignorância em todas suas modalidades, e impomos a nós mesmos de forma inegociável os princípios conservadores, obedecer às leis do Brasil, ditar todos nossos atos segundo a HONRA, segundo a defesa da FAMÍLIA e praticar a JUSTIÇA, trabalhando por uma pátria livre e prospera, sempre através de atos pacíficos;

5- Acreditamos em nossos princípios e deveres, para com a nossa família, nossa pátria e para com a humanidade. O combate à tirania, à ignorância, aos preconceitos e aos erros é tema constante em nossa agenda.

Nossos Credos e Princípios

LIBERDADE INDIVIDUAL e SOCIEDADE

• O povo tem que ter poder sobre todos os agentes do Estado que tem poder sobre o povo. O cidadão não pode mais ser submetido à humilhante e excessiva burocracia, que também é mãe dileta da corrupção. É por isto que todas as estruturas de governo, dos Três Poderes, devem ser reformuladas, diminuindo gastos, privilégios e a insanidade documental que trava a vida de todos e o País.

• Defendemos o direito à propriedade privada como uma das formas de assegurar a liberdade individual, assim como o direito à autodefesa individual, um direito que deve ser constitucional.
• Não existe liberdade sem igual dose de responsabilidade, sendo a autonomia individual decorrente disso.
• As decisões devem ser tão próximas quanto possível do cidadão. Dentro da União, a esfera superior só pode interferir na inferior em emergências, e graves crises locais, com respeito à autonomia estadual.
• Decisões de natureza moral e de costumes devem ser tomadas por munícipes e não impostas por diretrizes e ideologias dos governantes da esfera federal.

ESTADO 

• Somos contra o Estado unitário, centralizador de poder, de recursos, e que impõe leis e regras aos estados e municípios. O Estado deve se reger por princípios consignados em uma Constituição sintética, simples e clara. Tudo o que não estiver previsto constitucionalmente à União, caberá aos estados e cidades, subsidiariamente.
• A única forma de eliminar o risco da existência de um Estado Totalitário e interventor é a descentralização dos poderes e recursos.
• Defendemos, portanto, uma nova Constituição que garanta a perpetuação de um Estado Liberal na Economia e Conservador das melhores tradições da família brasileira, da ética, moralidade, liberdade individual, transparência e democracia.
• A Constituição Federal, em um Brasil sob um Federalismo Pleno, só poderá ser alterada se aprovada por 80% dos estados federados, sem direito a veto presidencial.
• Acreditamos que um Estado Forte só tem como se realizar nas suas funções mínimas de garantia dos contratos, da Educação e Saúde básicas, da Segurança e Soberania, além de inteligente atuação no teatro das nações neste novo Milênio.
• A geração de indicadores para orientar as administrações locais de forma a fomentar o pleno desenvolvimento, evitar distorções e formação de governos ilegítimos, é uma das poucas funções de um Governo Central Federal.
• Municípios são entes do respectivo estado federado, nunca como entes federados e parte do Estado Central. E devem ter autonomia plena para a sua gestão, de forma que possam até mesmo escolher pela contratação de administrador urbano no lugar de um prefeito, ou um prefeito eleito sem partidos e, conselheiros voluntários no lugar de vereadores remunerados.

POLÍTICA

• Descentralização e fragmentação completa do poder político.
• O sistema eleitoral tem de ser construído de forma que o eleitor tenha o controle sobre o seu voto (voto livre, facultativo e distrital puro) regulado por cada estado federado. A eleição do presidente da República deverá obedecer ao peso eleitoral dos estados federados, em respeito ao equilíbrio da Federação.
• O eleitor deve ter o direito de recuperar (recall) o seu voto sempre que o seu representante não esteja agindo de forma coerente com os interesses do povo.

ECONOMIA DE MERCADO 

• Acreditamos e estimulamos a livre iniciativa. O Estado não é o agente, é apenas o garantidor dos contratos por meio de instituições ágeis, sem excessos regulatórios que impeçam a livre competição entre empresas. Somos contra a concentração econômica de qualquer natureza.
• A perspectiva de um Estado com Federalismo Pleno é de estabilidade jurídica, com cada estado e municípios estabelecendo suas regras funcionais

 

Desta forma, como não devemos nada e não temos absolutamente nada a esconder, e também não temos absolutamente nada com divulgação de Fake News ou com atos antidemocráticos, já nos colocamos oficialmente e protocolarmente à disposição do STF e da PGR para esclarecimentos que se façam necessários em relação a nossa atuação, sem que seja necessária a continuidade da forma e procedimentos usados nos chamados inquéritos das “fake news” e atos “antidemocráticos”.

The fundamental principles of the founders of the Movement are:

1- Belief in a creative principle that is GOD! This GOD who sees everything that men do and that will judge everyone at the end of his existence. Therefore, in the most difficult moments of our lives, it is in this GOD that we place all our trust and obedience above all;

2- We will never impose on any of our members and collaborators, NO LIMIT TO THE FREE INVESTIGATION OF THE TRUTH, and it is so that we can guarantee to all this FREEDOM, that we demand of all our members and collaborators that all the opinions of thought are respected, even of those that we can disagree;

3- The Movement is accessible to all citizens, social classes and all religious and political beliefs, with the exception of those tyrants who deprive humanity of the freedom to think, restore the rights and dignity of the human person, demand unconditional submission to guidelines and dogmas its leaders, such as Nazis, Communists and Facists, who always used tyranny to come to power and subjugate the people to remain in that position;

4- We aim to combat ignorance in all its modalities, and we impose ourselves in a non-negotiable manner the conservative principles, obey the laws of Brazil, dictate all our acts according to HONOR, according to the defense of the FAMILY and practice JUSTICE, working for a free and prosperous homeland, always through peaceful acts;

5- We believe in our principles and duties, towards our family, our homeland and towards humanity. The fight against tyranny, ignorance, prejudice and errors is a constant theme on our agenda.

INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM and SOCIETY

The people must have power over all agents of the state that have power over the people. The citizen can no longer be subjected to humiliating and excessive bureaucracy, which is also a beloved mother of corruption. That is why all the government structures of the Three Powers must be reformed, reducing expenses, privileges and the documentary insanity that blocks the lives of everyone and the country.

We defend the right to private property as one of the ways to ensure individual freedom, as well as the right to individual self-defense, a right that must be constitutional. There is no freedom without an equal dose of responsibility, and individual autonomy is the consequence. be as close as possible to the citizen. Within the Union, the upper sphere can only interfere in the lower sphere in emergencies, and serious local crises, with respect to state autonomy. Decisions of a moral nature and customs must be made by citizens and not imposed by guidelines and ideologies of the federal government .

 

STATE

We are against the unitary state, centralizing power, resources, and imposing laws and rules on states and municipalities. The State must be governed by principles enshrined in a synthetic, simple and clear Constitution. Anything that is not constitutionally provided for by the Union, will be incumbent on states and cities, in the alternative. The only way to eliminate the risk of the existence of a Totalitarian and intervening State is the decentralization of powers and resources. We therefore defend a new Constitution that guarantees the perpetuation of a Liberal State in the Economy and Conservative of the best traditions of the Brazilian family, of ethics, morality, individual freedom, transparency and democracy. The Federal Constitution, in a Brazil under Full Federalism, can only be changed if approved by 80% of the federated states, without the right to a presidential veto. Thus, as we owe nothing and we have absolutely nothing to hide, and we also have absolutely nothing with the dissemination of Fake News or with anti-democratic acts, we have already made ourselves officially and formally available to the Supreme Court and Deputy Attorney General of the Republic for clarifications that may be necessary in relation to our work, without the need to continue the way used in so-called “fake news” and “anti-democratic” surveys has been conducted.
